About the payment 

1. IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THE PRICES?

If products are marked "free shipping", then you will do not need to pay for shipping cost. Free shipping to the whole world.

For products without "free shipping", Prices vary depending on product, location, shipping method and warehouse. You can check the cost on every product page.

2. CAN I ARRANGE CASH ON DELIVERY?

Like most online retailers we do not offer any form of pay on delivery. Pay for your orders in advance, there are 5 different ways you can pay for your ESTGOSZ.com orders.

3. WHEN PAYMENT PAGE DISPLAYS AN ERROR, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If the payment page displays an error, please kindly try to reorder. And if the same thing happens, then please contact Customer Service for help via Live Chat or email to estgosz@outlook.com.

4. HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to cancel as once it is shipped we cannot cancel it for you. Contact Customer Service or email to estgosz@outlook.com!

5. HOW CAN I TRACE MY ORDER?

You can check your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse
Processing: You can check the status in "My Orders" page in your TOMTOP account.
Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order at. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details page.

6. HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service ( estgosz@outlook.com) Immediately!

7. WHY IS MY ORDER NOT DELIVERED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS AFTER PAYMENT ?

Please make sure your payment is confirmed and all items are not returned or sold out. If the problem persists, please contact us at estgosz@outlook.com via live chat or email.

8. WHY IS MY ORDER PARTIALLY SHIPPED ?

There are three reasons why part of your order was shipped:

We have different warehouses, we don't combine them together, we ship them separately from the right warehouse.

These goods are overweight and require different packages.

This product has been out of production or stock for a long time. We can send the rest to you first. Usually in this case, we will send you an email.

Please check your email to let us know that you will change other items or get a refund,

9. WHY IS MY ORDER STILL IN PROCESSING DAYS AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE ORDER ?

If your order is still being processed 48 hours after payment, this means that some items in your order are out of stock. We usually need to restock in 2-5 days. If you still have any questions about your order, please contact us directly and check at estgosz@outlook.com via live chat or email.

How to cancel the order?

If the order payment status is "Pending," you can contact us to help you change it to "cancel."

If the order has been paid but has not been shipped, you can contact us to cancel the order and get a full refund.

If the order has been sent, we can't help you cancel it. You can choose to return the unopened product upon receipt.

10. MY ORDER IS NOT IN MY ESTGOSZ ACCOUNT.

There are two reasons why an order might not appear in your Order List.

The payment system encountered an error when you placed the order;

You placed your order as guest (without logging in to a ESTGOSZ account first).

If you encounter any of the above situations, don’t worry. First, make sure that you have completed your payment by checking your PayPal account for the payment information. Then contact us by providing the transaction ID, invoice ID or your PayPal email address and our customer service center will resolve the issue.
